interesting tidbit from cyberspace. . .“Nobody asked me to leave [the company] because of my column,” Bianco said in an interview at that time. “But the fact that I no longer consider myself gay meant I was uncomfortable having gay journalism be my life’s work. “I believe that within a couple years I’m probably going to be married with a growing family, God willing,” he said. In another recent “Over the Rainbow” column, Bianco denounced gays and lesbians who have babies, calling them “selfish” for purposefully depriving offspring of a mother or father. in an interview with Rex Wockner back in 2003.

David you continue: If I come to the conclusion that it’s (the no-sex with men) oppressive and doesn’t work for me and leads to misery, I’m a smart, free individual, and I can make a different decision... I’m retaining the right to change my mind later.

As I understand it, David, you are opposed to homosexual marriage because it infringes the rights of religious people. However, if you look at it from the other perspective, religious objections to gay marriage infringe the rights of gay people. I don't know what the answer is to such a dilemma. What _does_ a judiciary do when deciding between a conflict of rights?
